Connection and Perspective
The Network is the shared foundation. It brings together business leaders to reduce isolation, exchange perspective, and build relationships that can support collaboration over time. This layer provides immediate value through thoughtful conversations, curated introductions, and a sense of shared context.

Depth & Collaboration
Circles are small, stable peer groups within the Network. They exist to deepen trust, improve judgement, and allow collaboration to emerge naturally. Circles are non-competing, relationship-led, and intentionally limited in size. This is where real collaboration takes place.

Human Formation
The Path is a time-bound formation track for leaders who want to strengthen how they carry responsibility. It focuses on decision-making under pressure, alignment between values and behaviour, and increasing leadership durability. The Path is optional, selective, and foundational to Forjen’s culture. Not every member walks the Path but those who do raise the quality of the entire network.
